Press ReleaseThe Dillinger Escape Plan have been forced to postpone their upcoming tour plans in support of their forthcoming full length, Ire Works, due to a severe injury incurred by DEP guitarist Ben Weinman during a recent video shoot.
Weinman states, “Unfortunately do to a freak accident during our video shoot I managed to break my foot pretty severely. After two doctor’s visits, it is clear that we will have to postpone our US and European tour until a later date. New dates will be posted soon and we promise to come back bigger and better then ever.”
The Dillinger Escape Plan recorded Ire Works with long-time engineer Steve Evetts at Evetts’ Omen Room Studios in Los Angeles, CA. It’s set for a November 13 North American release date. The band has unveiled the first preview track and album opener “Fix Your Face” exclusively via their - Myspace page
