PitchforkMedia.com features an interview with Daryl Hall where he reflects back on 4 decades in the music biz, including his collaborations with Robert Fripp on the Exposure LP:
I met Robert through a friend in about 1974, and we became friends right away. We have a lot of the same interests, and we just got along. I was first starting to spend a lot of time in England then, so I would stay at his house, and he used to stay at my house, and all that. We were really good friends.

Krimson-News.com announced today that DGM will begin accepting pre-orders September 1st for Unreleased Works of Startling Genius, a collaboration between Brian Eno and Robert Fripp. The initial release will be a limited-edition 2 CD set with one of the CDs “running in a continuous mix”. Mark your calendars.

Robert Fripp’s That Which Passes album is now available for (purchased) download from DGMLive.com. The album was originally released in 1996, and there no plans to offer a CD re-issue.
Terrifyingly bleak in places and beautifully uplifting in others, Fripp regarded it as a companion album to A Blessing of Tears “a personal eulogy to my dear Mother” he wrote in the sleeve notes at the time. That Which Passes he says is “a series of reflections on mortality and dying”.
