A release party has been announced to celebrate the newest Ayreon release, 01011001. The location is the Stairway to Heaven Cafe in Utrecht, The Netherlands on Sunday January 27th, 2008. The event is free and is scheduled to get underway at 13.00 hrs and should end at about 17.00 hrs. Sounds like fun.

Belgian painter Jef Bertels has once again provided the cover for the new Ayreon release named “01011001″.
Jef was also the artist behind Ayreon’s previous albums Into the Electric Castle, The Dream Sequencer and their latest release The Human Equation. You can check out more of Bertels work at his official site.

Pain of Salvation frontman Daniel Gildenlöw will be the final vocalist to sing on the new Ayreon album scheduled for release in January 08.
