A release party has been announced to celebrate the newest Ayreon release, 01011001. The location is the Stairway to Heaven Cafe in Utrecht, The Netherlands on Sunday January 27th, 2008. The event is free and is scheduled to get underway at 13.00 hrs and should end at about 17.00 hrs. Sounds like fun.

Belgian painter Jef Bertels has once again provided the cover for the new Ayreon release named “01011001″.

Well, finally. The full track list for the new Ayreon 2 disc album has been announced. Visit the 01011001 page for all the info. The album is due in stores in January 2008.

Pain of Salvation frontman Daniel Gildenlöw will be the final vocalist to sing on the new Ayreon album scheduled for release in January 08. Arjen recently left the Electric Castle and flew to Stockholm, Sweden to record with Gildenlöw. To learn more about Pain of Salvation you can check their website.

Tom S. Englund of Evergrey has been announced as the sixth vocalist on the new Ayreon album. Tom flew over to the Netherlands last week from Sweden to record all his vocal parts.
