Yes, you read right, Ambrosia will headline the Rights of Spring Festival Friday, May 2nd. How cool is that? Also scheduled to appear are Blind Ego, Ritual, Circa, Credo and Black Bonzo. More bands will be announced soon.
But let’s get back to Ambrosia… If your only impression of them is the 80’s soft-rock version (”How Much I Feel”) then do yourself a big favor and buy their 1975 debut, Ambrosia. Without a doubt one of the best (and best recorded) prog-pop efforts from the 70s. I know, I know… if it’s so great why haven’t you heard of it before… Trust me.
